Silicone rubber performs extremely well under severe temperature and environmental extremes, and far outlasts typical organic rubbers and EPDM. Silicone is the favored choice of design engineers for the most demanding charge air and coolant hose systems for Turbo Diesel, Electric Vehicle Cooling, and temperature / weather resistant hose systems for off-highway heavy equipment.
The Jay20 Series of hose combine high quality silicone rubber with polyester or meta-aramid fabric reinforcements for pressure and temperature resistance while also providing low temperature flexibility and superior compression set resistance. Jay20 provides a range of universal hoses engineered to meet requirements of the J20 class of SAE specifications for a wide variety of engine types and configurations.

Meets or exceeds the operating requirements of SAE J20 R1 Class A.
Temperature range is -40°F (-40°C) to 350°F (177°C).
